Your content is delivered to you to upload as you see fit, or I can refer you a trusted partner to help you with website updates, graphic design, social media scheduling, and everything else you’ll need to skyrocket the growth of your business.

Every now and again, I agree to consult on special projects that don’t quite fit into any of the above three arrangements. If this is something you need, please send me an email with details of your project and I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
What’s the basic process like? I’d like to say it’s all unicorns and rainbows, but the truth is that in the initial stages at least, I’ll be asking you some tough questions to get to the heart of what it is you want to achieve with your content. Without a clearly defined business outcome to guide the work, we’re just throwing pasta at a wall. Every writing project starts with a kick off call to discuss the project and agree on deliverables, and I check in regularly as I research and write your content. Once your content is complete, it’s uploaded to a shared folder where you can download your copy instantaneously.
Can I send an article back for revisions? I rarely get this request, but in any case my revision policy isn’t complicated: assuming you aren’t requesting something outside the original scope of work, I will revise whatever you’re not happy with.
Do you offer a guarantee? I certainly do. If the work I produce is so completely off the mark compared to the original scope of work and revisions just don’t cut it, I’ll refund your money.
What’s the turnaround time on bespoke content? It varies from a day or two to a month or two depending on the requirements of the assignment and how responsive you are, but you’ll be given an estimate based on my schedule at the time and you’ll be updated as I work. Remember that I have a thorough research, drafting, editing, and proofreading process to complete my end, and I refuse to send in something that’s been rushed.
Should I be worried about ethics? Absolutely not. As a trained lawyer myself, I’m acutely aware of the ethical demands of the legal profession, and my writing embodies those standards. If there’s a particular issue you’re worried about, we can discuss that in our kick off call.
Can you use my topic ideas? Of course! If you have topics you want to cover, simply send them over in advance and I’ll do my research to make sure they’re ‘worth’ writing about from a marketing perspective.
Who owns the copyright once the articles are delivered? Easy one. You do.
OK, I’m ready to start. How do I pay? Perfect! For Options 1 and 2, you can pay through the website and you’ll receive everything you need to get started by email immediately after. For Option 3, we’ll need to have a quick chat beforehand and I’ll invoice you upon confirmation of the scope of work. For all three options, full payment must be received prior to work commencing.
Do you contract out jobs to other writers? Never. Never, ever. Over the years, I have built a stellar reputation for my legal writing, and there is no way I would have anyone else jeopardize it. If you order from me, it’s me who writes the content. Simple.
