Option 1:

In a one hour call, I will help you find your authentic voice, identify your goals and priorities, figure out your next steps, and answer any pressing questions you have about strategy or tactics. Whether you need help at the start of your journey or the middle of it, and whether you require big picture thinking or nitty-gritty details, by booking a call with me you save countless hours engulfed in online research and avoid those stress-inducing pains of indecision.

Option 2:

I can advise you as you do it yourself.

If you are set on managing your own content (strategy, freelancers, publishing schedule, analytics etc.) but need someone to guide you through those difficult stages and give you quick actionable answers to tough questions, getting me on retainer could prove invaluable. As a retainer client, you get a comprehensive kick-off call to jump start your marketing efforts, accountability calls every month, exclusive invitations to in-person workshops and meetups, and unlimited access to my expertise via email and instant messenger. This option saves you months of hard work and gives you everything you need to supercharge your marketing in a deliberate and structured way.

Option 3:

I can handle it all for you.

If for whatever reason you are not able or willing to manage your own content, I can do it for you. After a thorough call to discuss your goals and content requirements, I will build a team of dedicated freelancers to work on your project and manage them on an ongoing basis. My team and I can produce and manage website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, white papers, video scripts, and almost any other type of written content that you require to market your business, along with all the visual stuff you’ll need to make it pop. Your content can either be delivered to you to upload as you see fit, or I can have it all scheduled out and optimized on an ongoing basis to skyrocket the growth of your business.

FAQs

What’s the initial call like? I’d like to say it’s all unicorns and rainbows, but the truth is that in the initial stages at least, I’ll be asking you some tough questions to get to the heart of what it is you want to achieve with your content. Without a clearly defined business outcome to guide the work, we’re just throwing pasta at a wall.

Can I send an article back for revisions? We rarely get this request because I don’t let anything go unless it’s publish-ready, but in any case my revision policy isn’t complicated: assuming you aren’t requesting something outside the original scope of work, we will revise whatever you’re not happy with.

Who is on your team? A complete set of legends. I’ve got a group of writers, editors, graphic designers, web designers, web developers, and other specialists that I engage depending on the exact needs of my clients. We serve a lot of highly technical niches (professional niches like law and accounting, as well as companies with technical products/services to sell) and I often recruit specifically for narrow niches.

Can you use my topic ideas? Of course! If you have topics you want to cover, simply send them over in advance and I’ll do my research to make sure they’re ‘worth’ writing about from a marketing perspective. If you don’t have ideas, don’t worry. I’m sh*t hot at finding low competition high volume search terms that your audience are using.

Who owns the copyright once the articles are delivered? Easy one. You do.

Do you offer a guarantee? I certainly do. If the work we produce is so completely off the mark compared to the original scope of work and revisions just don’t cut it, I’ll refund your money. Simple.

OK, I’m ready to start. How do I pay? Perfect! For Options 1 and 2, you can pay through the website and you’ll receive everything you need to get started by email immediately after. For Option 3, we’ll need to have a quick chat beforehand and I’ll invoice you upon confirmation of the scope of work. For all three options, full payment must be received prior to work commencing.
